{draft for posting to the CREATE Consortium}
Hi, articles on CREATE Consortium and Community Allowance have recently been put up on the Sustainable Community Action wiki (eg http://sca21.wikia.com/wiki/Community_Allowance ) based on your press release. You are welcome to edit or improve them or use the wiki in any way which might help the campaign. (This note copied to an SCA forum:

The Sustainable Community Action wiki came about as an opportunity to share information about action towards local sustainability, especially from the point of view of ordinary citizens and communities. It's wider antecedents include Local Agenda 21. We've been going for just under 4 years and have recently passed our 1500th article.
Citizens groups who drew up Local Agenda 21 plans were interested in a variety of topics concerning environmental, social and economic wellbeing. These include the vitally important topic of community involvement, Opportunities for all and what might be called 'Rewarding work', including the concept of 'fair reward'. Also included is the topic of regeneration. A recent New Start editorial mentioned the Community Allowance.
There's a bit more about SCA's early beginnings on our SCA Network Development page.
