That's one heck of a long list. I think the most obvious way to organise it is by the originator of the quote so it's alphabetic rather than numerical. And say at the top how to navigate it. Also nice if quotees have something after their name to give context for anyone who hasn't heard of them, eg "Buckminster Fuller, scientist". --Tim Gray 11:29, 4 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Proposal to reorganise this section[]

Modelled on Wikiquote

  • Basically arranged by author, divided into sourced ( source quoted) and attributed (most of what's here'll be like that to start with)
  • Like Wikiquote an Anon section listing alphabetically by first word of quote

but with following differences

  1. Misc page for when no more than one (or two ?) quotes from a particular author
  2. Some way of emphasising that this is not just open to quotes from 'establishment' type people

Proposed date to begin reorganising: 20/6/05 unless objections or unforseen complications

Reorganised and category added, August 2005[]

Most of the above has been done now, still need to put anon quotes alphabetically Philralph 09:56, 22 Aug 2005 (UTC)
